Nurse Aide Trainee- NATFull-Time; shift varies. Nurse Aide Trainee rates starting at $16.75 per hour. Join our next paid Nurse Aide Training class offered at Passavant Community in Zelienople, PA. Get paid while training to become a Certified Nurse Aide!You will begin your employment as a Caregiver for a period of at least 3 months in a full-time or part-time role. Following this initial phase, you will become eligible to participate in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for the state certification exam. The program includes five weeks of paid clinical and classroom instruction conducted during the daylight shift (6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.), Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, trainees will report to their assigned home site, with hours varying as needed. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into either a full-time or part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) position. Please note that attendance throughout the training program is mandatory.Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.
