About the Opportunity
This full-time contract position for a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) focuses on providing anesthesia services to patients. The role includes managing general surgery cases, endoscopies, total joints, arthroscopies, peripheral nerve blocks, urology, ENT, gynecology, C-sections, pediatrics (dental, ENT, and ortho), and labor epidurals. Professionals provide inpatient care in a critical access hospital setting with a 25-bed capacity. The schedule includes day shifts from 7am to 3:30pm and participation in evening and weekend call duties.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $167.20 to $197.60 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
Conducting pre-anesthetic assessments and creating care plans.
Providing anesthesia for a variety of surgeries including general, orthopedic, and pediatric.
Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe patient care.
Monitoring and documenting patient progress during anesthesia and recovery phases.
Staying informed on best practices and innovations in anesthesia care.
