Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate Nurse Assistant to support Oncology/MedSurg patients. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care including vital signs, hygiene, mobility assistance, intake/output monitoring, and safe transport. You will support nurses with treatments and procedures, accurately document in the medical record, and respond promptly to patient needs. Working within a collaborative, patient-centered team, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe environment, follow infection prevention protocols, and communicate clearly with nurses, patients, and families to promote comfort, dignity, and recovery.
