Job description
St. Vincent's Medical Center seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support unit leadership in delivering outstanding patient-centered care. This role combines direct patient care with supervision of nursing staff, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Nurse Manager partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, assists with staffing and scheduling, mentors team members, and helps drive performance improvement.
