Job description
St. Vincent’s Medical Center seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support leadership on an acute care unit. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, this role balances clinical oversight and direct patient care, ensuring safe, patient-centered services aligned with our mission of compassionate excellence. The Assistant Nurse Manager supervises and mentors nursing staff, assists with scheduling and staffing, supports quality and regulatory initiatives, and collaborates with physicians and the care team.
