Job description
St. Vincent’s Medical Center seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role provides leadership to bedside nurses, supports staffing and scheduling, and ensures delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. The Assistant Nurse Manager participates in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration while maintaining a presence in direct patient care. Ideal candidates are experienced RNs with strong clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills who are committed to our compassionate, excellence-driven culture.
