Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital - Haverhill Ma Nursing AssistantsWhittier Rehabilitation Hospital - Haverhill MA Certified or Non-Certified Nursing Assistants Looking for: 7a-7p; 7a-3p or 3p-11pPay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Differentials: up to $6 depending on shiftPrimary ResponsibilitiesYou will be assisting our nursing staff to care for our rehabilitation patients within our LTACH and IRF Hospital units. including, but not limited to:Continuously monitors/observes patients to assure needs are met in a timely manner.Assists patients with activities of daily living specific to culture, age and developmental level.Performs tasks/tests delegated by the registered nurse and reports/records data as needed.Performs advanced skills delegated by the registered nurse as deemed competent, reports/records data as needed.Checking vital signs, blood sugar, bladder scanning, strict intake and output monitoring and documentationReports any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients and unusual incidents.PrerequisitesMust have current BLS Certification.
