Job description
St. Vincent’s Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care while assisting with daily unit operations, staffing, and workflow. You’ll supervise and mentor nursing staff, support quality and safety initiatives, and promote patient-centered, compassionate care aligned with St. Vincent’s mission of healthcare excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with strong clinical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care.
