Job description
St. Vincent's Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily operations and clinical leadership within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This RN role combines direct patient care with supervision of nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered services. The Assistant Nurse Manager coordinates staffing, mentors team members, promotes evidence-based practice, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
