Job description
St. Vincent's Medical Center seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily clinical operations and nursing staff in our patient-care units. This role combines hands-on RN responsibilities with leadership, including staff supervision, scheduling, mentoring, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. The Assistant Nurse Manager promotes patient-centered care, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and helps implement clinical policies. RN licensure and strong acute care experience are required; BSN preferred.
