Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a Nurse Assistant to support nurses in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care on our acute-care units. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, mobility and safety, hygiene, and comfort measures while accurately documenting care and promptly reporting changes in patient condition.
