Job description
Dartmouth Health is seeking a Nurse for the Capacity Coordination Center in Lebanon, NH to support referrals, transfers, and bed management across the DH system.
The role emphasizes high-level customer service, rapid decision-making in a high-stress environment, and coordination with On-Call Medical Director for appropriate transfers.
Candidates should be a licensed RN with NH eligibility, BLS, and preferred BSN with critical care experience. Per diem, 12-hour shifted schedule offered.
