Monitors quality of care, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Implements immediate care plan changes to promote patient safety.
Serves as a resource for patients, families, and staff.
Provides direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing ratios.
Supports daily unit operations and communicates patient care or safety concerns.
Assists with performance management.
Ensures adequate supplies, equipment functionality, and inventory levels.
Oversees nursing staff and patient care during assigned shift.

up to $497–$689 gross pay per shift ; equivalent to $41.44 – $57.43 per hour.
Qualifications
Current and valid state RN
Minimum of one year staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting; Critical Care setting required
Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $41.44 to $57.43.
