Job description
Ochsner LSU Health System of North Louisiana seeks an RN supervisor to lead a care team on the unit, coordinating nursing interventions and supervising licensed nurses and technicians. You will evaluate care, delegate tasks, and collaborate with unit leadership for problem resolution.
You must hold an RN license in the state of practice; BSN is preferred for Magnet facilities, with BLS certification expected. This role demands strong organization and communication under pressure.
