Job description
The Ketchikan Indian Community is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and evaluate patient care across the health care continuum. You will plan, coordinate, track, and evaluate care for high-risk or high-volume patient populations identified by clinical staff.
Occasionally you may assist in direct clinical care. The role emphasizes collaboration, quality improvement, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate nursing practice within a tribal health setting.
