Job description
Your Health in Greenville is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve our patients across the Greenville area as a Visiting Nurse (Nurse Case Manager). The role involves patient visits, care coordination with providers, and telemedicine initiation as needed.
The position is full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with travel to patients' homes and facilities. We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to grow within a physician-led group.
