Job description
The Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Nurse Case Manager I to join the Case Management & Care Transitions team. You will coordinate care plans, promote timely discharges, and guide patients through the hospital care continuum.
The role requires a BSN and at least three years of RN experience, with leadership and case management experience preferred. Certification is advantageous. This is a salaried, day-shift role with a 36-hour week.
