Job description
UAB St. Vincent’s is seeking a Case Manager to lead the delivery of quality patient care and ensure adherence to case management protocols. The role will coordinate activities, guide staff, and serve as the first escalation point for complex patient needs.
You will provide onboarding and act as a preceptor, helping to develop orientation plans and contribute to hiring, training and daily operational support as needed.
