Job description
Valley Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager – Pre-Access for per diem night shifts to coordinate admissions, facilitate transfers, and determine patient status based on medical necessity guidelines.
You will act as a liaison among physicians, nursing, admitting, financial services, and external providers to optimize patient access and resources. Requires BSN and CA RN license with 2+ years acute care experience.
