Job description
Harris Health System, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Clinician in the Home Division to deliver high-quality home-based acute and ambulatory care.
This role oversees HaH, HCS and OPAT initiatives, coordinating care with hospital teams and community providers. The ideal candidate has a Nursing degree, Texas RN license (or compact), and BLS certification, with 3 years of relevant experience (1 in Home Health/Hospice or community visits and 2 in inpatient MedSurg or higher acuity care).
