Job description
Harris Health is seeking a Nurse Clinician II (NCII) in Houston to provide expert nursing care in our safety-net system. The role focuses on independent patient management, applying standards, and using clinical algorithms within the TX Nursing Practice Act and HCHD guidelines.
The NCII will collaborate with the care team, assess complex conditions, and escalate when necessary. A Texas RN license and BSN preferred are required, with flexible shifts including weekends and on-call duties.
