Job Description
The Nurse Clinician- LPN shall provide clinical care to peopleliving with or affected by HIV through phone triage, andphysician/practitioner directed care with the objectives of 1)monitoring the health of the clients, 2) fostering adherence tomedication regimens and 3) maintaining the clients in healthcare.
Minimum Qualifications
State of Ohio LPN license required.
American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent clinical experience in the care of people living with HIVpreferred.
Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
Previous experience with phlebotomy preferred.
Recent clinical experience in the care of people living with HIVpreferred.
Experience with mental health and substance use treatmentpreferred.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Knowledge of community resources for children and familiespreferred.
