Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Nurse Clinician in Chicago to work in a multidisciplinary team. The role performs patient assessments via phone or in person, implements nursing interventions, and educates patients.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, nursing license, CPR certification, and 2 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care.
