About This Role
The Nurse Director, Clinical Education is responsible for establishing best practice models and leading the investigation of patient care concerns. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in collaboration and is committed to optimizing patient care across various service lines.

Pay: $216,000 - $249,700/year

What You\'ll Do
Establish best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
Lead investigations of patient/family/member concerns regarding care.
Partner with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care.
Manage resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment.
Direct the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Assume accountability for patient and employee safety.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision for staff.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and development of talent.
Ensure compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
Drive performance improvement through collaboration and feedback.
