About This Role
The Nurse Director of Medical Sub-Specialties & Procedural Areas is responsible for establishing best practice models and leading patient care delivery systems across various service lines. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in collaboration and operational management to ensure optimal patient care.

What You'll Do
Establish best practice models and design patient care delivery systems.
Lead investigations of patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care.
Manage resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
Direct the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Assume accountability for patient and employee safety.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision and competency assessments.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice and perform clinical duties as required.
Oversee operations of multiple units by identifying member and operational needs.
Direct ambulatory operations to support patient care and align with market strategies.
