Job description
UNC Health Care in Johnston Health Education coordinates and teaches New Teammate Orientation and Nursing Orientation on a biweekly basis. This advanced nurse-educator role leads education initiatives, mentors staff, and serves as a resource on evidence-based practice.
The position supports clinical teaching, develops standards of care, and creates educational materials and e-learning tools for nursing teams; strong collaboration across units is required.
