Job description
The Arc Lexington is seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to provide clinical leadership, staff development, and education across OPWDD-certified programs. You will train nursing staff and DSPs, oversee onboarding, and promote best practices in infection control, documentation, and resident care.
Required: NYS RN license with at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in community-based or long-term care settings; strong communication and coaching skills; BSN preferred.
