Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Nurse Educator to design, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based education for nursing staff and students within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will plan orientation, in-service programs, and competency-based training that advance clinical skills, safety, and quality outcomes. Collaborating closely with nursing leaders, you will use simulation, technology, and adult learning principles to strengthen practice at the bedside.
