Job description
The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System is seeking a Nurse Educator in Fort Wayne to develop and deliver education and training related to Reusable Medical Devices, responding to mandates, needs assessments, and performance improvement initiatives.
The educator collaborates with clinical staff to enhance knowledge and skills, supports quality and patient safety goals, and ensures compliance with VA policies and accreditation standards.
