Must maintain the flexibility necessary for rapidly changing assignments. Performs the functions of a Nurse Intern in carrying out all assignments given by the registered nurse with a minimum of continuous supervision. Is accountable to the nurses for all patient care he/she gives during a shift. Is responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care and for promoting teamwork among co-workers. Estimated pay range for this position is $23.50 / hour depending on shift as applicable.QualificationsDegrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support. Additional Qualifications: Actively enrolled in a nursing program (ADN or BSN), successful completion of medical surgical nursing course and clinical; Upon graduation of nursing program, must successfully pass the NCLEX within 90 days. Maximum length of time in role is 15 months. Minimum Required Experience: No Experience Required Currently enrolled in a nursing program, in good standing, completed at least one clinical medical surgical rotation, and within 15 months of completing a nursing degree program (BSN or ADN).
