Job description
Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles in Lake Charles, LA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support daily operations of the nursing department and ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in Louisiana, at least 5 years of nursing experience with 3 years in mental health management, and strong clinical judgment.
