Job description
Willow Valley Communities seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations at Glen at Willow Valley Communities, Lakeside, Lancaster, PA. You will oversee resident care, coordinate a skilled nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the DON and HR to drive excellence in care.
The role requires a PA RN license, 3-5 years of clinical experience (preferably LTC), and prior supervisory experience. 40 hours weekly, salary position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.
