Job description
Oakmont Senior Living is seeking the Health Services Director in Escondido, CA. This licensed nurse will coordinate resident care and medication management under physician supervision to keep residents as independent as possible for as long as possible.
Responsibilities include coordinating care with physicians and staff, supervising Medication Technicians, and conducting assessments and admissions documentation. Requires CA RN/LVN licensure and RCFE experience preferred.
