Job description
Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee daily operations across patient care departments, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies that maximize patient safety and service quality.
The ideal candidate has an RN license, 3 years of hospital nursing experience, and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Preferred candidates may hold a BSN or more, with extended experience in hospital settings and strong leadership abilities.
