Job description
Oakmont Management Group seeks motivated licensed nurses for its Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) program in California. The program trains leaders at the community level and places graduates under current Health Services Directors to build on-the-job experience.
Salary range is $80,000–$85,000 with a clear pathway to management roles across Oakmont communities, including potential vacancies like Memory Care Director or Assisted Living Director. Travel and relocation may be required.
