Job description
Jefferson Health seeks a professional nurse to lead a unit, coordinate patient care, and act as a clinical role model. The role emphasizes patient-centered care across physical, psychological, and social needs with a focus on safety, quality, and staff collaboration.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, ensuring adequate staffing, and supporting Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives. Work schedule is Fulltime, 3pm–11pm, 40 hours weekly on the designated unit.
