Job description
TEEMA is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the White Plains, NY area to lead the night-shift nursing team in a Magnet-designated hospital. You will balance administrative oversight with occasional direct patient care, driving governance and evidence-based practice.
You will supervise staffing, participate in budgeting, and ensure compliance with NYS Nurse Practice Act and safety goals while maintaining a patient-centered environment during night hours.
