Job description

Health First in Florida seeks a Patient Flow Administrator to lead hospital-wide management and decision-making when administration is unavailable, ensuring safe, timely patient flow and optimal bed placement.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership and other departments to improve throughput, develop policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. A BSN, Florida RN license, ACLS/BLS, and 3+ years in acute care are required.
