Job description
St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT, is seeking an Assistant Nursing Manager (RN) to supervise patient care, clinical staff, and unit operations.
The role supports hospital strategy, ensures quality patient care, and oversees daily operations with off-shift and weekend supervision. The position requires a BSN, with a path to BSN within 3 years for incumbents; 2 years acute care nursing experience and supervisory experience preferred.
