Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin our 5 Star Team as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working the 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shift at a nonprofit facility. This opportunity includes great benefits and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven care environment.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate nursing care during overnight shifts.
Monitor residents and respond to their healthcare needs.
Administer treatments and medications as directed.
Document care and communicate pertinent updates to the care team.
Support a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
