Job Description Job Description Sanctuary Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN or RN to join our growing home care team. We are looking for a nurse who is flexible, dependable, and interested in patient visits within the community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys one-on-one patient care and values a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home nursing visits to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team
Schedule & Availability:
Must be available 7 days a week (flexible scheduling based on visits)
Visit-based work (not shift-based)
