Meadow Falls is seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a nurse with Meadow Falls, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. If you are a motivated and patient-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Nursing Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessments, medications, treatments, and education
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and respond to patient needs, reporting changes and concerns to supervisors and other team members
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, medications, and treatment plans
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Perform duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Nursing Requirements:
Current licensure in the state of Ohio
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care
Work every other weekend and holiday
Compensation and Benefits:
$2.00 hr bonus each pay period if you don't call off and complete charting in timely manner.
Insurance offered, Paid time off after 1 year.
