Job description
Virginia Military Institute is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the infirmary nursing staff, maintain clinical standards, and manage daily clinic operations for cadets. The role includes supervising seven RNs across day and night shifts in a high-demand, 24/7 student health setting.
The Nurse Manager will handle scheduling, evaluations, veterinary? (no), equipment and supply management, and ensure compliance with OSHA and state pharmacy rules while supporting lab and radiology services.
