Job description
SCA Health, a part of Optum, seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing Department from admission to discharge, coordinate care, and drive quality outcomes via critical pathways. You will supervise staff, mentor team members and partner with physicians to deliver patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate holds an NY RN license, BLS, and BSN or higher (CNOR preferred). This role offers visibility, collaboration and opportunities to advance within a nationwide ambulatory network.
