Job description
RiverSpring Licensed Home Care Services Agency in New York is seeking an AL-Nurse Manager to lead nursing teams and coordinate resident care in our Assisted Living programs. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and focuses on clinical assessments, care planning, and service-plan implementation for older adults in ALR/ALP settings.
You will supervise program nurses and home health aides, participate in applicant screening, and ensure high-quality care.
