Job description
LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health, to lead a multidisciplinary psychiatric nursing team in Baltimore, MD. This on-site role oversees daily operations, staffing, and clinical workflows to ensure safe, evidence-based, trauma-informed care for diverse behavioral health populations. The Nurse Manager drives quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; mentors and evaluates nursing staff; manages budgets and resources; and partners with physicians, social workers, and therapists to coordinate care. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, crisis management skills, and a passion for patient-centered, community-focused behavioral health.
