Job description
Universal Health Services (UHS) in Clive, IA, is seeking a Nurse Manager to ensure coordinated delivery of patient care in line with standards of care and hospital policy. You will supervise House Supervisors, RNs and MHTs, monitor staffing, and assist the CNO in planning training events for RN/MHT staff.
You will also conduct patient nursing assessments and participate in Treatment Team meetings as needed. Education: graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
