About This Role

What You'll Do

Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure excellence in quality, patient experience, and efficiency.

Conduct interviews, hire, develop, and evaluate departmental leadership.
Evaluate personnel performance in a fair and transparent manner.
Serve as a role model by demonstrating visibility and effective communication.
Participate in establishing the strategic financial plan and utilize data for recommendations.
Coordinate care delivery using labor productivity data to plan staffing patterns.
Hold self and others accountable for exemplary care delivery.
Design, implement, and evaluate programs for compliance with standards and policies.
Requirements
Education:
Master's degree in nursing required
Experience: At least three years of pertinent clinical practice
Preferred 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Licenses & Certifications: Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State
Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
Certification in nursing leadership required upon eligibility
