Job description
Adventist Health is seeking a Manager RN to lead a nursing team dedicated to whole-person, mission-driven care. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, high-quality care that reflects Christian values of compassion and service. You will mentor and develop nurses, support performance and professional growth, manage budgets and resources, and drive quality and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will help shape patient experience, community health, and a culture of teamwork and inclusion.
