Job description
Casa Esperanza, Inc. is hiring a Nurse Manager for the Conexiones ITS program at Tewksbury Hospital. You will oversee nursing and recovery specialists, guide patient care plans, and collaborate with medical leadership to ensure top-quality care for adults with co-occurring disorders.
You will recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff, maintain medical records, and lead safety and compliance initiatives within a high-demand inpatient setting.
